August 17 marked the opening of Sabal’s newest showhome parade in McConachie.
“This is the second parade we have opened in McConachie for the laned product,” says marketing manager Kendra Milne, “and we are very excited to continue to be part of the McConachie community and to give prospective buyers an opportunity to see Sabal’s uncommonly stylish floorplans.”
Sabal saw record breaking attendance over the weekend, with hundreds of people touring the new showhomes.
Sabal offers several impressive laned models in McConachie, including the award-winning Ovation. Homes range in size from 1,033 sq.ft. to 1,704 sq.ft. and offer an upscale list of standard features including the full use of Sabal’s designSense Studio to customize the interior of the home. “Sabal’s laned homes appeal to a wide range of homebuyers and at an attainable price point.” Prices start in the low $300’s.
Developed by Walton Development and Management, McConachie is a master planned community in Edmonton’s North. With its convenient access to downtown and amenities, and its proximity to large green spaces McConachie is proving to be a popular community. “And it will only get better,” explains Milne, “With the addition of the 40 acre district park campus in 2011.” The district park campus will include numerous sports fields and two more schools. “The value of McConachie continues to grow.”

Sabal opens two more uncommonly stylish showhomes in Trumpeter (06/28/2010)
Opening July 3 are two of Sabal’s newest showhomes in the new NW Edmonton community of Trumpeter.

Introducing Chalet’s Hard Hat Tours (06/15/2010)
Construction is progressing at Sabal’s newest townhome project – Chalet, and owners are excited to take the first steps into their new homes. Starting June 12, Sabal is offering hard hat tours of the Chalet project.
“Hard hat tours give Chalet owners and those interested in a future purchase, the opportunity to physically step into the townhomes and get a sense of their space and layout,” says Kendra Milne, marketing manager for Sabal Homes. “Our potential and existing customers are very excited about being part of the construction process by getting a firsthand look at their new home.”
